Ambarvale Public School's library serves all members of the community from students and staff to parents.

It is the learning hub of the school as it contains the computer laboratory, as well as an interactive whiteboard and video conferencing facilities.

Students are encouraged to borrow weekly and book club catalogues are available to be purchased from twice a term.

The library is a colourful and welcoming place and many students spend their recesses in this environment; reading, playing games, completing art activities and spending time on the computer.

The library also plays host to an annual book week and promotes the premier's reading challenge.

Ambarvale Public School's teacher librarian is Mrs Catherine Sullivan who works in the library Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
