Our extra-curricular highlights
Public speaking
Students can develop their thinking and communication skills through public speaking. They also have the chance to compete in local and state events.
Creative and performing arts
Our creative and performing arts programs help students be creative and express themselves.
Trips and excursions
Our students enjoy getting out of the classroom to explore, learn and try new things. These experiences help them grow, build confidence and see how their learning connects to the world.
Stage 2 & Stage 3 Camps
Ambarvale Public School offers exciting camp experiences for Stage 2 and Stage 3 students. These camps provide opportunities to build friendships, develop independence, and try new activities, all while creating lasting memories and learning beyond the classroom.
Sports Gala Days
Our Years 3–6 students participate in Sports Gala Days twice each term, competing against other schools. These events are a great opportunity to develop teamwork, sportsmanship, and skills while having fun and staying active.
